Can you file this issue with our Support team at https://support.signal.org/hc/en-us/requests/new ? It would also be helpful if you can submit debug logs from each of your devices.
Cold I ask you have you get debug log on signal desktop app?
All three platforms have debug log instructions: Android, iOS, and Desktop.
Sincroniyattion between different platform do not work.
