Travis.org got deprecated and I can't migrate to travis-ci.com so let's just switch to CircleCI

Would suggest switching to github actions instead. Don't have to deal with GH tokens for certain workflows and is better integrated. Most things are switching.

Ok, will look into it later once I get this ZK thing fixed.
