Unable to Setup a development environment with chrome+ripple #637

The explanation available on site says to rename ripple.index.html to index.html but the file is not available.(ripple.index.html) http://drupalgap.org/node/103

@days4 That documentation is outdated, it should now work "out of the box", otherwise copy cordova.index.html to index.html instead.
