Required Twilio SDK version is too old #118

Is there any plan to update the Twilio SDK version requirements to the latest version which is https://github.com/twilio/twilio-php/releases/tag/6.25.0?

This is a major issue for us as we use both Twilio and Signalwire. Makes it impossible for us to update the Twilio SDK without having to remove the Signalwire one.

It would be nice if someone who runs this repo actually... maintained it.
