deprecates pipeline function
new submission/submission.R script, which when run right now, will still generate US-only forecasts (validated as of 2021-01-25)
removed here dependency, moved to suggests, as it's still used in the script ☝️
Limited data to anything after March 2020 (this may be an issue with the get_() functions returning data earlier than Jan 22 2020, with some zeros, that caused warnings with arima (In max(which(abs(ma) > 1e-08)) : no non-missing arguments to max; returning -Inf
Fixed make_tsibble() to chop off the last row instead of removing the current epiweek (this removed the current epiweek from last year as well). This caused holes/gaps in the data that fable doesn't like.

Also, FWIW, the forecast with US+TX+VA using the for loop -- it validates.
