the FOCUS explorer shiny app is functional but there are a couple of areas for improvement we've identified:

[x] make the checkbox UI for locations more intuitive (option to select/deselect all?)
[x] add a "validated submission" indicator
[x] make sure param csv file is not included in dropdown for submission files
[ ] ~~add feature to display PDQ params if available~~

most of these features are incorporated via #52

note: the feature to display PDQ params is on hold. we do have the params stored for posterity in the automated pipeline. however, associating with original forecast is not trivial. maybe by filename? also would only be applicable for TS models. including would actually narrow the scope of the app.

pausing on that for now and closing this issue
