DESCRIPTION and pkgdown site #57

Suggested merge into cosmetics branch for later merging into master.

When making repo public, turn on github pages served from the docs/ directory of the master branch

ill take a look and merge into cosmetics shortly

about to merge this in.

when you get a chance @stephenturner comment back here with the workflow you've used to keep pkgdown site up to date. i'm guessing we'll have to do something more than devtools::document() now ?

pkgdown::build_site()

I don't know if there's a way to automate this, or if we'd want to do so.
