Model metadata YAML

The metadata file should have the following format metadata-team-model.txt

Added some basic metadata in a misc/data-processed/ dir - figure that might be a good place to drop things that'll get copied over to the official fork. @vpnagraj @chulmelowe check that I've got your name spelled out as you like it when you publish etc. We can change the website URL later.
