Related to #11. The code in data-raw to find samples completely unrelated to anyone else in the 1000G data is overly strict. We remove individuals if they have any other relative mentioned in dadid, momid, 2D, 3D, etc., even if those individuals do not have genetic data in the 1000G project!. This is overly strict, and results in excluding too many samples from particular populations.
Further, we need to move this from data-raw into inst/extdata so that it's on the system wherever the skater package is installed.
