Dockerfiles

Create a Dockerfiles that would allow running all the tests in a ready made container that includes all necessary tools for ahead.

• One Dockerfile for tests that would include ffmpeg.
• One Dockerfile that would be meant for production only and would not need ffmpeg (how do we sort out mounts in that case?)
