Minor changes to CONTRIBUTING.md #171

Clarified how to log in with test accounts (something I struggle with a bit) and removed mention of app/ since that no longer seems to be how the project is structured.

This is my first pull, hope I'm doing everything right (just was very excited to get involved with the project).
