Option to send signa during token transfers

Describe the bug Although Signum recent signum HF allows to send signa with token transfers, this options does not exists in "transfer token" window. This makes impossible to send tokens manually to smart contracts.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tokens
2. Click on token transfer button
3. No option to add signa

Expected behavior A field to add signa to the transfer.
