Cannot send to a recently created Smart Contract - send button disabled #1745

Describe the bug I want to send some funds to a fresh smart contract, but the Send button is disabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Send Form
  2. Select an SC without any transaction yet
  3. Fill out form and enter PIN
  4. Send Button is still disabled

Expected behavior Send Button should be enabled
