Update index for faster loading and code cleanup
Added ability to get miners from the node api
Added celery back in so we can queue the tasks Added new requirements.txt
Updated json name typo
Updated tasks to include SNR Sync
Updated transaction models to add indexes
General code clean up
Removed old code

can you add steps me and frank would need to be able to use this? Keep in mind celery never installed or ran correctly for either of us on latest ubuntu.. not sure what the issue there was.. But a step by step would help me (im non linux).

This PR is outdated now and should be closed. My master branch has significantly different changes.
