[ ] Get inline CSS out of the templates and into the main css sheet.
[x] Fix filter to/from fields to support account ID or Account name or account address.
[ ] Fix value field to accept token name? this is a number field so, may not be fun.
[x] Has message checkbox? so you can find various types of tx's that has a readable message?
[ ] Add message byte array decode for contract payments
[ ] Add message byte array decode for marketplace
[ ] Add message byte array decode for account update
[ ] Add message byte array decode for distribute to holders
[ ] Add message byte array decode for multi-transfer

filter fields by S- address and account name, also added "has message" check box in this pr: https://github.com/signum-network/signum-explorer/pull/181
