[x] Form validation on user agreeing to the terms
[x] Import Mnemonic or Watch-only accounts
[x] After importing a full mnemonic account, store the keys on the Private Keys Storage service
[x] After importing a watch-only account, store the account ID on the Account Storage service

Update regarding mnemonic account: Secret phrase will NOT be stored, only the private keys
