How can make HDMI or VGA port work? #4

Thanks for your EFI folder, it's work perfect for me. But I cant find any where to give a comment, so I post here. I have a monitor with HDMI and VGA port port, but I dont know how to make may laptop port (VGA or HDMI) work.
