Proposed Changes

As per #2427, add the Lighthouse version and commit hash as a Stat in both the Summary and Validator Client dashboards.

Additional Info

Other changes are associated with the version bump, which I suspect will be fine but is worth double checking to make sure.

@macladson, as discussed yesterday, if you manage to figure out how to get the "Build" to display for multiple nodes feel free to just make another PR.
