In the talent tree, the skill descriptions show up based on hover, and clicking them selects that talent. This is a poor mobile experience because you can't see what a talent does without selecting it.
We should probably rewrite it to allow you to select/unselect anything (unsubmitted) and then apply your changes with a Submit button as well while doing this.
