Images are not rendering due to incorrect path references in markdown #289

Description

The Overview.md and certificate-issuing-overview.md are not loading PNG files due to incorrect path references.

This can be fixed by updating the path reference.

This isn't an issue since the end goal is to publish it to the website rather than MD in this repo.
