Locating banking functions automagically. #2

It would greatly assist initial analysis if the banking functions were marked by the loader. Since there's a small, closed set of ROMs this plugin will handle, the simplest thing to do is to maintain a list of banking functions per part number/version.

As of -rc9, I've added known banking functions for all but the 5370-04 version, which seems to have a malformed ROM header.
