--verbose doesn't work #11

Using openstreetmap-client 14.03.1 on Siduction GNU/LInux (Debian GNU/Linux unstable).

-h shows me

Usage: openstreetmap-client [options]

Options:
  --version      show program's version number and exit
  -h, --help     show this help message and exit
  -v, --verbose  Show debug messages (-vv debugs maps_lib also)

But -v and --verbose are not accepted. unknown option.
