make the project name clear #14

The package on Debian is named openstreetmap-client. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/openstreetmap-client

The Launchpad Homepage linked there point to the project Maps and this GitHub project to maps.

Please give informations about the correct name of the project and which project plattform (Launchpad, GitHub) should be used.
