Auto-unit #13

It is convenient to express input in terminal without units, for instance the relaxation time for the EMA-filter. It would be nice to implement an auto-unit functionality which could be applied to such inputs.

Filters and such should perhaps have a unit tests that check if input units are as intended (for instance automatic).

Not used in filters yet, but implemented for CLI.
