Doesn't plot negative numbers from terminal #2

I.e. mpl history.dat ne -3 doesn't work because -3 is interpreted as an option by the CLI.

As a temporary workaround one can plot "0-3"

Disappeared when replacing getopt with the more convenient argument parser argparse.
