Add the possibility to put header lines in a separate file next to datafile. Metaplot should look for such files in the current folder, as well as in the folder of the datafile. This is useful because CSV files are commonly generated by a program which don't add headers, and rather than adding them manually each time, one could ship the file with a metaplot header file.
