As of v1.2.0, oncoEnrichR relies upon the zen4R package

This requires some specific underlying libraries installed:

libsodium: e.g. sudo apt-get install -y libsodium-dev
one may also need to install dependencies of the redland package, e.g.: sudo apt-get install librdf0 librdf0-dev
