Basic idea is you put all the 'articles' you want to include in pcgrr/vignettes. The home page is in pcgrr/pkgdown/index.md. You then customise the look in the pcgrr/pkgdown/_pkgdown.yml config.
need to change the on.push.branches field at the top of the GH Action yaml
need to change the url in the pkgdown/_pkgdown.yml config.
added a CITATION, and separated the NEWS into its own file (shows up in Changelog normally - I think it will get rendered upon merge to the master branch later on).
