Trying to see if we can get away with installing openxlsx2 + CNAqc during the conda build stage or if we need to get their (+ their dependencies) condarised.
Also I'm hoping we don't have a cyclic dependency issue with pcgrr requiring cpsr and cpsr requiring pcgrr.
