Add (optional) navigation tool to every generated page #58

Index (or similar navigation tool) should be accessible from every page, allowing easy traversal across sections. Useful when used as a frontend starter.

Maybe something reveal.js based?

We can add a navigator: true/false config flag and --no-navigator / --navigator build command arguments to override it. It would allow us to build with navigator in CI, but without for final build.

Note, this isn't included by Twig in any way, it's appended by YASSG.
