Cluster markers #19

Created a Tab that lets users generate cluster markers for any categorical annotation present in the data.

It's been a while since I've tested cellxgene locally. It would be useful if we could have a small example h5ad and yaml pair committed to github for the purposes of testing basic functionality (I know you added the exampleYAML.yaml file, but I believe that needs to be updated and it obviously doesn't include any data).
