Single-cell analysis web interface, especially geared toward parasitologists. Inherits core functionality of cellxgene and cellxgene VIP for general purpose analysis, with additional features such as advanced gene search, host-parasite interactions, database integration and trajectory inference.
Edited the index_template.insert file, changing the name of the plugin from "cellxgene_VIP" to "paraCell" and shifting the position of the plug-in window so that it no longer blocks the dataset name.
The update.index_template.sh file is not functional - the config.sh file initially used to install cellxgene has to be re-run in order for these changes to be seen (essentially base cellxgene has to be un-installed and then re-installed with the desired changes).
