minor UI updates to the AGS, HPI and DEG tabs. The AGS tab now includes a list of other tabs compatible with user-defined gene sets. The HPI tab now includes an "under-development" tag. The table in the DEG tab now comes with help text indicating the intended use of the associated buttons.

All good, just tweaked the way the table help text was rendered for clarity (including the CPV table help text)
