Added DB commit for event log #13

Done changes to commit the eventlog to db even after the service restart Also removed the class 'EL' from the UNLINKED_CLASS_IDS

I just added gitlab CI by simply mirroring the project on gitlab.com. Because I love their CI so much more than anything Github offers.

So I'll merge this and you can see build and test status in the jobs here. Let's give it a whirl.
