Achieve low latency on wayland #14

Currently I keep a X11 WM on vt2 for gaming because wayland compositors have noticeably higher and annoying input latency (probably has to do with the forced vsync thing, but even then it seems high). On Sway I could try playing around with the max_render_time config to see if it does anything. Maybe dig myself into how wayland/wlroots based compositors work under the hood to see what's to expect
