Implement keyboard layout management and display

• able to query the currently selected keyboard layout (1)
• able to choose a different keyboard layout from a list (2)
• eww widget is implemented that shows the current layout by utilizing (1), and invokes (2) when interacted with (e.g. clicked). This widget should be placed on the primary bar

Default keyboard layout could also be configurable through plsdo, but it's not important - it's ok if its hardcoded in the WM settings.

This isn't high prio since the my current hyprland setup's keybinds assume I am on my kyria, in which case switching keyboard layouts to access the fancy hungarian vowels is not necessary, because they're taken care of on the keyboard firmware side.
