Eww bar dies when monitor is turned off and then back on #8

This probably has to do with the compositor moving the eww window somewhere else when the monitor is turned off, and then it does not move it back to its original location (eww has no way of knowing if the monitor is sleeping and it does not care either way).

Could not find related issue in wm repo
