bug when connect oracle 11g ：output parameter should be pointer type #393

HI: I update go-ora to 2.7.7，when i try connect to 11g, got err: output parameter should be pointer type . oracle 12c,19c works fine。

please update to v2.7.8 this bug is fixed in v2.7.8
