Lost data when streaming data #233

Hi,

We're using BigQuery .NET API(NuGet package) to streaming data to BigQuery 
(InsertAll). A few days ago We've noticed that We lost data in different time 
periods.

On 31th March and 1st April in the afternoon about 15:00 - 18:00 UTC the data 
had been streamed but it didn' t upload in BigQuery Table. Our system logs 
didn't show any error.

Today, We've the same issue about 11:00 - 13:00 UTC.

Is Somebody expirencing the same issue? Could you provide any log about this 
error?

Could you provide more details?  Is there a specific table or jobid that 
demonstrates the issue?

Do your system logs capture just the HTTP responsecode returned from the 
tabledata.insertall method, or do you examine the structured json response 
that's returned?
