Job stuck in RUNNING state #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get status of job: job_OYaV62gNtsvOIB8sGtT06yHyH-Q for project pch-dw-2014.
2. Job has been stuck in "RUNNING" state for 16 hours.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

If you find the problem, cancel the job.  I have already re-run my upload and 
do not want duplicate data.  Thanks.
