불필요한 모듈들을 모두 삭제하고, nd01.py, nd01_settings.py 파일에서 중복된 함수들을 따로 모듈화해 효율적인 구조를 만들려함

Target 관련 함수 --> target_info.py 계산 관련 함수 --> cal_ext_coef.py
