Although the diagram styling format is different from what is taught in the module, the team feels that it would not affect normal usage of the developer guide anyways and thus the medium severity is unreasonable.

This is very clearly contradicting standard notations. A white box for access modifier is not the same as the notations taught in the textbook. I do not understand the definition of a whitebox.
