Change runVar2Compform.sh to ignore any fwbackup/zip with "Initial" in its name #10

This allows you to modify BearBullMole-Initial-Empty.fwbackup to some other name and still have the script ignore it. To allow something like 'FootTooth-Initial-Empty.fwbackup' or 'FootTooth-Initial-with-ModelEntry.fwbackup'
