Missing tile issues for monsters #15

No tile for:

Scatha the Worm
Dagorhir, the Elfbane
Shadows (should there be one?)
Silent watchers should probably look more like statues
Glaurung has wings (swap with Gostir?)

These should all be fixed for the next release.
