I'd like to have a big table of allowed weapons and if a user isn't using a valid weapon, we remove it and replace it with a vanilla loadout weapon.

This task is a big one though but will help resolve issues like:

Soldier using the Rocket jumper
Solider using the parachute
Zombies weapons not using your custom named stuff. ie. Currently we strip all weapons for zombies even if they're valid, I want to update this to only strip if invalid so you can keep your named versions/etc.
