Teach fontconfig to handle project-local fonts transparently #130

Who has time to reference toolkit and project fonts by filenames and manually pick the right variants and weights. Why not just let fontconfig pick the right files? Yes lets do that.

Have a .fonts directory in your project? All the tooling run from CaSILE will automatically find them in addition to system fonts.
