Here is one I didn't know about XML:

[ ] We should figure out how to make our XML handling more spec compliant on this front.
- [ ] Review #105 to see if it has any connection.
- [ ] Review in relation to #1435, this is something that we don't have clear parity for in our SIL inputter.
