Last I checked (when I cut v0.14.16) the LXD images and PPA builders I use to push packaging through didn't fully support noble, but I'll check again.

Edit: @n7s I still don't see LXC images for noble. Feel free to ping me when you see them show up here. The PPA builder side seems to support it now but it is still pre-release. I'm sure it's possible to build other ways but my scripted process for deb packaging for SILE and all the Lua deps is entirely LXC based and I don't feel like re-tooling right now.

I can confirm that I have access to a noble lxc image here for testing. Until the image hosting situation improves (lxc/d/incus issues), you can simply add a remote: lxc remote add --protocol simplestreams ubuntu-daily https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/

then lxc launch ubuntu-daily:noble

Yes this is pre-release, but it would be nice to be able to test it.
