Dependencies missing #7

I had to add node-sass and sass-loader to my Dev dependencies in order to build the project for version 0.1.2, I'm using Node v8.11.4, NPM 6.4.1 and Vue version 2.5.2.

Hello, from version 0.1.5 should be the package properly packaged on npm and no longer requiring other packages.
