Translate Mapstery #12

Restcountries provides many translated names for each country. We can use those to make non-english versions of the game. Attached is a document containing translation strings.

I can also specify which language to return the address names in with the language parameter when making the reverse geocoding call: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/intro#ReverseGeocoding
